7. Do I need a recommendation from my regular veterinarian?
It is important that your pet has been assessed and cleared by your veterinarian before starting physiotherapy.
A formal letter of recommendation is not required, but sharing medical history is strongly recommended.
Physiotherapy does not replace veterinary care, but complements it, in collaboration with your veterinarian.
